Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship equipment or parts to locations outside of the United States.  All costs for shipping will be paid by the customer.  All prices listed anywhere EXCLUDE shipping.  We will be happy to provide a quote to ship or if you would like to use your carrier we can provide a pick-up address.  We DO NOT LOAD or prepare equipment.  Your carrier must have the ability to load and or prepare for equipment for shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer any warranty for any equipment.  We make every effort to disclose what we know, review, run, and test equipment; however, you are purchasing used equipment we DO NOT OFFER A GUARANTEE for equipment.  All equipment is purchased AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

All parts not special ordered we will accept returns if the part is in its original packaging, not used, tried, or put on and removed (yes we had people try and return a part installed and realized it wasn't the problem!).  If not locally purchased you are responsible for shipping product back to us.  Upon receipt and inspection we will refund the credit. Upon WABH receiving the part if it is USED, OPEN, TRIED and REMOVED we will NOT refund you the purchase price and send back the part to you.

 

Special order parts are paid for in advance and are NOT returnable or refundable, sorry we are a small shop.
